This report addresses persistent gender inequalities in the cultural and creative sectors (CCS), where women and gender-diverse individuals continue to face barriers to participation, leadership, and fair representation. Despite existing policies and awareness, structural discrimination and gender-based stereotypes remain widespread. The document aims to provide policy recommendations for EU Member States to advance gender equality, focusing on intersectionality, data collection, and institutional change.
