Χριστίνα Καρακιουλάφη : Εργασιακή επισφάλεια και συλλογική δράση ηθοποιών εν καιρώ πανδημίας – «Διεκδικώντας ορατότητα ως εργαζόμενοι»

Οι πρόσφατες κινητοποιήσεις των ηθοποιών στις αρχές του 2023 προκειμένου να εκφράσουν την αντίθεσή τους στο ΠΔ 85/2022, το οποίο αναγνωρίζει στους αποφοίτους δραματικών σχολών προσόντα δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (ΔΕ) εξισώνοντας τα διπλώματά τους με απολυτήρια λυκείου, οι καταγγελίες για τις εργασιακές συνθήκες στον κλάδο που έγιναν στο πλαίσιο του κινήματος #Metoo, αλλά και τα προβλήματα που ανέκυψαν κατά την περίοδο της πανδημίας λόγω της ελλειμματικής επιδοματικής πολιτικής για τους καλλιτέχνες έφεραν στο προσκήνιο τα εργασιακά προβλήματα των καλλιτεχνών-ηθοποιών. Μετά την πρώτη και πολύ μαζική πανκαλλιτεχνική κινητοποίηση στις 7 Μαΐου 2020, αλλά και τις δράσεις και παρεμβάσεις της διαδικτυακής συλλογικότητας Support Art Workers (SAW) διαφαίνεται η αναγκαιότητα των καλλιτεχνών να καταστούν ορατοί ως εργαζόμενοι, προβάλλοντας όλο και συχνότερα την ιδιότητα του «εργάτη της τέχνης» μέσα από τα σωματεία τους.

Income and Working conditions in the Cultural & Creative Sectors 04 July | 09:30-12:30

The problems the artists have been facing, such as no proper contracts or fair payment, have been exacerbated during the pandemic, when all the cultural activities stopped. The Left in the European Parliament is organising an event bringing together artists to inform each other about the harsh realities in their countries, to talk about possible solutions and how the European Parliament could better support their rights.
